• Merchandise may be returned for store/online credit only. OSTER does not issue refunds. Return requests must be made within ten (10) days of date of delivery. Please contact OSTER staff via email (info@osterjewelers.com) or by telephone at 303-572-1111 to request a Return Authorization Code.
  • Authorized returns will be issued a store/online credit for 100% of original purchase price less credit card fees, if applicable. Shipping, insurance and any other special handling charges associated with the original sale are not credited.
  • Product returns must be in original sale condition, unworn. Returns will be refused if there is any sign of wear, scratches, modification or alteration in any way. Please note that a return cannot be accepted for items that do not include all original product packaging, jewelry boxes, watch cases and outer boxes, warranties, certificates, manuals and any other materials included with the original sale. .
  • Custom order merchandise, including sized, engraved and altered items and any merchandise not in stock and which must be special ordered from the manufacturer are NOT returnable. Deposits for special/custom orders are not refundable, under any circumstance.
  • When returning an item to OSTER, include the Return Authorization Code on the outside package and reference it in your correspondence or shipping transmittal. Any returned merchandise not displaying a Return Authorization Code will be refused. Authorized returns may be shipped via Registered U.S. Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or courier to:

  • You must insure the returned item for the original sales amount. Please note that you are the owner of all purchased merchandise and bear responsibility for its loss or damage until its return is authorized and the returned merchandise is received in original condition by OSTER.
  • Credit will be issued within three (3) business days of receipt provided our inspection confirms that the merchandise has been returned in original sale condition with all required materials. You will receive a written statement of your credit via 1st Class, U.S. mail. Credit must be used within twelve (12) months of date of issue.

OSTER reserves the right to change/alter this Returns Policy at any time, for any reason. This Returns Policy is subject to OSTER’s Terms and Conditions of Use and the application of the laws of the State of Colorado.
